ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept refunds unless the product was damaged during arrival. ( Photo proof is required for damaged goods. ) Please be sure to double-check your address before purchasing. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Once the product has been sent for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No Refunds will be given if the order is still “In transit” to its destination.
The shipping carrier we use is USPS. To receive updates on where the buyer order is, or when it will arrive, the buyer must contact USPS and provide the carrier with their tracking number. We will not do that on behalf of the customer. Once the product ships, all questions on shipping information should be directed to USPS customer service.
International shipping takes about 7-30 business days to arrive.
International orders are responsible for paying their own customs fee. If a customer decides not to pay their Country’s customs fee no refund will be provided.
